Since founding CCF Brands in 1997, Ron Whaley’s leadership has grown an Arkansas based egg business into an industry leader in perishable and nonperishable foods. Still serving as the companies original President and CEO, Ron is living out his dream of owning and operating a successful family business. The success of CCF Brands is deeply rooted in Ron’s forty years of extensive experience in sales, sales management, national account management, retail program development and product development.

The Whaley family has cultivated a unique work environment focused on improving the lives of people by providing quality food products, demonstrating Godly principles in all aspects of life, and touching lives as a committed community partner.

Ron and his wife Brenda reside in Rogers, Arkansas where they enjoy spending time with family, including six grandchildren, active involvement in their local church, and traveling. Ron serves on the board of directors for the Jones Center for Families, invests time sharing his personal faith journey and mentoring others into discovering a greater sense of life purpose, and also enjoys fishing, golf, Cardinals baseball, and supporting Arkansas Razorback athletics.
