Tom Roberson joined CCF Brands in 1999 and serves as Executive Vice President of Product Manufacturing. He oversees strategic planning for the grocery division, manages all aspects of new and existing partnerships, and provides mentor leadership and support to the Sales Division.

He has more than thirty years of vast experience in direct sales, sales management, national account management, retail program development and product development; which has served CCF Brands well. Tom Roberson is a team oriented leader dedicated to completing the job and driven to succeed. He is often the last to turn out the office lights and has generously given of himself for the betterment of the company. Once a direct competitor of Ron Whaley’s, they now enjoy a deep, loyal friendship & partnership in which they continue learning from one another.

Tom attended Wichita State University. He has been the recipient of numerous leadership, sales, and national account management awards throughout his career.

Tom and his wife Gayle live in Bentonville, AR and have three sons. Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, baseball, and a good conversation.
