In-store retail is an important element in our support of our customers. For many of our current customers, our retail service team is making a visit to each store at least once every two weeks. While in the store our team is dedicated to ensuring:
- Products are merchandised correctly
- Products are in-stock
- On-hand inventory is correct
- Products are tagged and priced correctly
- Department managers are aware of any issues
- They acquire feedback from department managers
Every in-store support team member is equip with a laptop for prompt and accurate reporting of each visit.
The goal of our in-store retail team is to make it easy for shoppers to find our products in our customer’s store.
