At CCF Brands, partnering with charitable organizations and giving back to our community is a way of life. Beyond our financial support we also have a commitment of generously giving our time and talents. Following are just a few events where CCF Brands is serving our community.
RingO's Frisbee Day

RingO’s Frisbee Day is an annual event held in August. Past Frisbee Day events were held at the Jones Center for Families however 2009’s event was held at Arvest Ballpark – home to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals AA baseball team. This event is geared for youth between the ages of 7-12 and includes inflatable games for kids, free RingO’s samples for all participants as well as several Frisbee challenges in which kids can compete for great prizes. Participants receive a free RingO’s t-shirt and the chance to compete for prizes that have included a Nintendo Wii, bicycles, iPod shuffles, and more!
Jodie Daniels, VP of Marketing says, “RingO’s Frisbee Day is a great event for the entire family. Seeing the excitement on children’s faces makes it all worthwhile. We’re glad that we can partner with Jones Center for Families in bringing positive events such as Frisbee Day to our community.”
Back Pack Day

Every August the Jones Center for Families hosts its annual Back Pack Day. More than 1,200 backpacks are given away to area Kindergarten to Fourth grade students.
“We are very excited to be able to partner with some amazing local companies to put this event together for the community,” said Heather Tandy, Jones Center Family LIFE Coordinator. The backpacks will be filled with the essential school supplies including pencils, crayons, paper, folders and more, with a value of $30 per backpack.
This event is made possible through the support of corporate sponsors including Wal-Mart, CCF Brands, Sam’s Club, and Levi Strauss.
Kendrick Fincher Youth Run

Every April, a number of CCF Brands associates turnout to help at the Kendrick Fincher Youth Run. Each year at the event, we serve free Olde Hearth bagels for the runners and families at the event. The foundation is dedicated to saving lives through educating families about the importance of proper hydration. A foundation overview video can be found at www.kendrickfincher.org/video. Ron Whaley, President of CCF Brands, is featured in the video and stated that, “We are always at risk of heat related illness, but it is a disease that can be prevented. Rhonda Fincher has dedicated her life to this cause and many lives have been changed. Let’s teach our young people today how to stay hydrated.” For more information about the Kendrick Fincher Memorial Foundation please visit www.kendrickfincher.org.
